Exchange in Pakistan
- Stitched Items:
- Exchange available for unused, unwashed, and undamaged stitched items with tags intact within 7 days of delivery.
- Items with loose or broken tags will not qualify for an exchange.
- Returns may be declined if the item is damaged, soiled, perfumed, or has any makeup marks.
- Unstitched Items:
- No return or exchange policy on unstitched collections.
- Complaints regarding fabric material can be reported within 7 working days of receiving the outfit.
- If the item arrives defective, damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, a refund may be issued only upon approval by the customer care team.
International Exchange Policy
- No exchange or return for international orders unless the product is damaged or defective.
- Merchandise exchanges or returns are not processed for international shipments.
- Duties or taxes may apply on returns. To avoid issues, contact the customer care team before initiating a return.
- The company is not responsible for any duties or taxes incurred during the return process.
Important Notes
- Custom-made orders are non-returnable.
- No exchanges on discounted or sale merchandise.
- Refunds are not offered.

Steps to Initiate an Exchange
- Email your order ID and product code to info@wajihashahjehan.com or call (+92) 301 0162448 for assistance.
- Wait for a confirmation email from our team before proceeding with the exchange.
- Securely pack the product (preferably in its original packaging) and send it back via courier. Detailed instructions will be provided in the confirmation email.

Order Cancellation Policy
- Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of placement. If a cancellation request is received within this time frame, the order will be cancelled and fully refunded.
- Once 12 hours have passed, the order will be processed as per the scheduled production and delivery timeline, and cancellation or refund requests will no longer be accepted.
- We encourage customers to review their order details carefully before confirming the purchase.
